Michael J. Carbone, MBA

President / Management Consultant

Michael Carbone is our President and lead Management Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience crushing sales objectives and developing effective marketing programs.  He has also spent the past 15 years of his career growing sales revenue and leading award-winning sales teams.    

Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marketing from the University at Buffalo, graduated Cum Laude, and later went on to receive his Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, graduated in the top 20% of his class and was inducted as a life-long member to Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society.  Michael is certified in the Integrity Coaching Process, completed the Sherpa Executive Coaching Process, is Google AdWords Certified, was certified as a Microsoft Authorized Education Partner, and remains an avid studier of sales, marketing, leadership, and business.

Michael started his career working in the advertising and marketing technology industry, helping businesses grow through effective marketing campaigns while simultaneously refining his own sales abilities.  After earning numerous sales performance awards and six promotions, Michael ran the Buffalo NY office of 80+ Sales Consultants at Thryv as their Director of Sales.  From there he worked as the Head of Sales at Buffalo Tech Start-up Bak USA,  where he helped grow sales revenue by nearly $20 Million in under two years.  Michael then spent a year running an Executive Staffing and Recruiting firm before starting ExecutivUS Consulting in 2020.    

Michael is passionate about sales, marketing, leadership, and helping businesses and individuals get to their next stage of growth.  Michael believes every business has unique needs, while many best practices hold true across industries.  His experience has uniquely positioned him to be able to help businesses and top Executives get from where they are to where they want to be.
